Nomination Guidelines
Deadline for receipt of nominations by submission system is 19 June 2026.
Submission Procedures
Click the "Go to Award nomination page" button on this page.
Those who wish to submit Award nomination are requested to make a new account entering their personal information first.
Read and follow the instruction on the screens, and fill in the required fields. The items you are required to fill in are as follows:
- Nominator's personal information
- Nominee's information (name, institution, E-mail)
- Upload "nomination letter" PDF file
* After finishing submission, you will receive "notification message" to your registered e-mail address (ID) for confirmation.
If you do not receive such an e-mail within 24 hours, please contact the Congress Management Office.
* You can change/modify your submitted information until the deadline of submission by logging in to the Submission page.
After the deadline of the submission, no modifications, changes, or additions are permitted.
*Award nomination will be started from 1 March, 2026.
